The Hospitality Industry has been led to a greater level of competition along with the demand of luxury market. To triumph against competitors, the hotel industry needs to be more awake in providing specialized guests services and effective hotel operations. On the other hand, studies showed that organisational performance has an integral part of the hotel operations. Thus, this research aims to investigate how organisational behaviour could affect operational effectiveness.
